Greg Creswell for Governor!Hello, my name is Greg Creswell and I'm running for governor of the state of Michigan. I'm running because there was no real true voice for personal responsibility in the race. There was no one willing to stand up to all the bureaucrats in Lansing and say, "Enough! Stop interfering with our lives and let us decide what is best for ourselves and our families." The only reason I'm running is because I believe you know what's best for you, and I want to work to make that vision a reality.

Why I'm Running

I agree with most Michiganders, that all citizens are entitled to equal treatment under the law. 

Granholm and Devos support state-sponsored discrimination based on race, sex and ethnicity, by opposing the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative. I support it fully and believe that the state should strive to be color-blind and stop classifying Michiganders as groups and treat us as individuals.

Jenifer Granholm and Dick DeVos think they can spend your money and manage your life better than you can.  

I believe you are best equipped to make those decisions and I trust you will make the best choices for your family.

I support tax relief for all Michiganders, and the creation of a "Tax Me More" Fund, for those few who want to pay higher taxes. 

The politicians have crippled Michigan's economy with their meddling.  

I will see that the politicians in Lansing reduce spending by eliminating special perks for large businesses at the expense of the small business owner. By focusing on the small business owner, we can help to create new jobs in Michigan without relying solely on manufacturing jobs. It's time to raise Michigan's unemployment ranking from 49th out of 50 states to a top ranked robust economy.

I will respect property rights by ending practices like eminent domain and civil forfeiture. 

I will see that tougher legislation is passed in the state legislature to prevent excessive property seizure to benefit the wealthy and politically connected developers.

Granholm has wasted your money by imprisoning people for their life-style choices, and chasing people down for non-violent crimes like choosing to travel without a seat-belt or a helmet.  Dick DeVos supports these affronts as well.

I promise not to continue such extravagance;

You can say you like things the way they are by voting for Democrats or Republicans, 

Or...Vote for what you know is right, rather than what seems expedient. 

For government better than
Democrats on the left or Republicans on the right,
Vote Libertarian,
the traditional middle of the road.
